The 11th Annual Pool and International Checkers Festival was held
October 10th - 11th, 2009 at Jameson Inn, 215 Dixie Way S., South Bend, Indiana.

SOUTH BEND POOL CHECKER RATINGS                  10/09

  Here are the new ratings from the 11th Annual Pool Checker Festival in South Bend, Indiana, Oct. 10.  They were calculated using the linear approximation formula from the old Official Chess Handbook.
  Winner of the tournament was Charles “Pecan” Thompson.  Biggest rating gain was shown by Herman Joiner, with an impressive +159. 
  Capital letters indicate players in this year's tournament.  Other players kept their ratings from earlier years.  (Note this is only for 64-square Pool Checkers.  Big-Board ratings are on a separate list below.)
